High Impact Field-Based Interventions Lab (HiFi Lab) is a multi-disciplinary scientific hub that uses research to identify social, structural, behavioral and biomedical determinants of HIV infection among African and African diaspora communities. As a mission, HiFi Lab is dedicated to reducing and reconciling global disparities in HIV infection through health equity and cultural empowerment.
PORSH is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on supporting the health and human rights of MSM across Ghana. Due to various stigmas, many experience difficulties engaging in clinic-based HIV prevention services and return to PORSH for social support and patient advocacy services. PORSH also conduct empowerment trainings, human rights advocacy work, and providing MSM with prevention services across Ghana. Our vision is to reduce the impact of the HIV epidemic on key populations, families and communities through tailor-made interventions and our passion for humanity and their full rights on earth. Our mission is to promote sexual health, human rights and lessen the impact of the HIV epidemic on key populations, families and communities through cutting edge projects, initiatives and human-centered efforts.
EARC is a woman owned Ghanaian NGO that provides research, intervention implementation and other technical assistance services to a widerange of government and international partners (e.g. USAID, PEPFAR, World Bank, UNICEF, Global Fund) in both the Education and Health sectors in Ghana. Most recently EARC was the implementing partner for the HP+ health facility stigma-reduction pilot study in Ghana, responsible for all health facility data collection and intervention implementation
Youth Alliance for Health and Human Rights (YAHR) is a local civil society organization (CSO) that seeks to address the fundamental health, social and human rights related problems affecting marginalized youth, especially MSM, in Kumasi. YAHR provide HIV and sexual health prevention services to MSM through community outreach and provision of education and prevention tools. YAHR also help MSM navigate services around Kumasi through identification and referral to MSM friendly providers
